Axion Accounting started in a Cape Town co-working space in 2024, after watching too many capable owners lose evenings to spreadsheets and half-finished invoices.
Our story
Between us we have run a design studio, a logistics business and a dental practice. Each one had the same problem: quoting, invoicing and chasing payment took more effort than the work itself.
So we built the tool we wanted — one that assumes you are busy, that speaks Rands, and that keeps your VAT tidy enough for SARS without a crash course in accounting.
Today Axion Accounting supports thousands of South African small and medium businesses across every province.
